Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian Federation’s Special Representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), joked on May 13 that inhabitants of Earth — along with alien civilizations — are waiting for British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s resignation.
In a statement posted on his social media account, Dmitriev wrote: “Thank you, Keir Starmer, for bringing together the different people of planet Earth and the newly discovered alien civilizations — all those who were waiting for your resignation.”
