Hezbollah Casualties Surge as Israel Escalates Strikes in Lebanon

Since the initiation of Israel’s intensified military campaign in Lebanon, over 400 Hezbollah fighters have been reported killed. This figure represents the first official data on casualties during the current phase of hostilities.

Israeli military sources state that at least 700 Hezbollah combatants, including members of the elite Radwan unit, have been eliminated as part of recent operations targeting Lebanese militant infrastructure.

On March 27, Israeli forces announced a new wave of strikes against Hezbollah targets in Beirut. On March 26, Hezbollah claimed an attack on the Israeli Defense Ministry building complex in Tel Aviv, which they described as retaliation for “the ongoing shelling and displacement of civilians” by Israeli military actions.
