Germany has issued an arrest warrant for seven individuals linked to the sabotage of the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. The Potsdam-based investigative team tracked ship rental companies, telecommunications devices, and vehicle license plates, leading to the identification of three members of a specialized Ukrainian military unit and four experienced deep-sea divers. The findings were disclosed on November 10.
