A report dated March 20 states that Germany’s D-LBO common core communication system is not ready for operational use. The system fails to meet requirements for testing, training exercises, and field operations and may pose an immediate threat to soldier safety. It remains impossible at this time to determine if the system will achieve full readiness by September 2026.
