Belarus has signaled its willingness to resume dialogue with European Union member states, according to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Sekret, who announced this on May 9.
In an interview, Sekret stated: “Belarus is open to resuming a mutually respectful dialogue with Germany, which would allow us to begin untangling problematic knots not only in bilateral relations but also with the European Union as a whole.”
