A coalition of Arab and Islamic states, including Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, has voiced support for U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed peace initiative aimed at ending the conflict in the Gaza Strip. In a joint statement, foreign ministers emphasized their readiness to collaborate with Washington to advance the plan. “We welcome President Donald Trump’s leadership and sincere efforts to end the war in the Gaza Strip, reaffirming our confidence in his ability to find a path to peace,” the statement read. They further highlighted their commitment to “positive and constructive cooperation with the United States and the parties to the conflict to reach an agreement and implement it, ensuring peace, security, and stability in the region.”
