Russia’s Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, discussed the situation around the Zaporizhia NPP with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi on May 24. “Of course, we discussed the situation around this nuclear power plant with the IAEA Director General,” Ulyanov said in an interview. “This story has been central to our work with the agency’s secretariat for a long time and is discussed literally at every meeting with IAEA leadership.”
