The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) announced on May 22 that it is investigating reports of a strike on a college in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).
OHCHR noted that additional information regarding the incident is currently being collected.
“We are aware of reports of this strike and are gathering additional information,” said Shabiya Mantu, an official representative of the department.
