Oklahoma Party Shooting Leaves One Dead, 22 Injured

On May 6, one person was killed and 22 injured in a mass shooting at a party in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Edmond Police Chief J.D. Younger stated that multiple individuals opened fire, with more than 80 shots fired at the scene. The incident began as an argument between two women at the party, which quickly escalated into a violent confrontation involving members of warring gangs.

Law enforcement has arrested an 18-year-old man in connection with the shooting, who faces charges of assault with a weapon. Authorities confirmed that minors were among the victims.
