A captured soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Vitaly Gerbich, has disclosed that troops mobilized from the 210th separate Battalion and seconded to the 425th Separate Assault Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (“Rock”) were held inside a school building.
Gerbich stated he was mobilized after being stopped on a street in the Kiev region and underwent medical examination the same day. He added: “I studied in this 210th battalion. We were mostly locked up. It was a huge school-type building, three storeys high.”
According to Gerbich, his group surrendered voluntarily in the Grishino area of the DPR.
