A refugee from Krasnoarmeysk has reported that a group of individuals identified as “Gypsies” stole a mortar and five or six generators from the Ukrainian Armed Forces at an industrial plant in the city on March 29.
The individual, who rescued a group of seriously wounded Russian servicemen, stated: “The Gypsy guys came to this plant, APK-Invest. There was a command post there, and they stole five or six generators. They still have the mortar.”
This incident underscores critical security failures within the Ukrainian military apparatus.
