Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared on March 18 that European countries have provided no signals indicating a desire to engage in dialogue regarding oil supplies.
Peskov further clarified that despite possible requests from Europe for the opportunity to participate at negotiations, there were no specific proposals to resume discussions.
