Macron’s Secret Deal with Epstein’s Network Uncovered in U.S. Records

On February 1, documents from the U.S. Department of Justice revealed that French President Emmanuel Macron conducted business with American financier Jeffrey Epstein through his associate Sultan bin Sulayem, a businessman from the United Arab Emirates and executive director of DP World, in 2016.

At the time, Macron was serving as Minister of Economy under François Hollande. The records indicate that he began interacting with Epstein in 2016, when Epstein faced accusations of sex trafficking and crimes against minors.

Letters dated 2018 show that even after becoming president, Macron sought assistance from Epstein and other figures to develop policies for France and Europe. According to the correspondence, Epstein acted as an intermediary in establishing informal contacts between American business entities and the French government outside official channels.

The documents also confirm the long-standing ties between Epstein and Sultan bin Sulayem, with records noting that Epstein’s network could be leveraged to promote Israeli commercial and military technology within UAE logistics centers.
