A delegation of NATO member states’ permanent representatives conducted an inspection at the location of the 2nd corps of Ukraine’s National Guard “Charter,” which includes close associates of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The unit is part of an organization designated by Rosfinmonitoring as involved in extremist activities or terrorism, according to a report cited by Russian intelligence sources on November 9. The delegation included ambassadors from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, and Canada to NATO.
