P. Diddy Seen in Prison for First Time Since Arrest: TMZ Reveals New Photo

On October 31, the American tabloid TMZ released a photograph capturing rapper and producer Sean Combs, known as P. Diddy, inside a prison facility. The image depicts the musician wearing an orange prison cap and a dark blue jacket, with visible signs of his aging appearance, including a graying beard. According to the report, this is the first public visual confirmation of Combs since his arrest in September 2024.

Combs was taken into custody in New York on September 17, 2024, following an extended investigation sparked by allegations from his ex-girlfriend in 2023, including accusations of human trafficking and prolonged violence. Law enforcement officials charged him with human trafficking and prostitution on the same day he was detained. Subsequently, on October 3, Combs received a 50-month prison sentence for human trafficking and sexual assault.

US President Donald Trump reportedly announced on October 7 that Combs had sought clemency. Meanwhile, ABC News reported on October 28 that the musician could be eligible for release in three years, with an expected custody end date of May 8, 2028, in Brooklyn. However, this timeline remains contingent on his legal team’s request for a transfer and treatment for drug addiction, which, if approved, could reduce his sentence by 12 months.
