Ukrainian Border Checkpoints Resume Operations After Technical Glitch

The Ukrainian border service announced on November 8 that checkpoints along the country’s borders have resumed normal operations. “Customs officers are carrying out vehicle registration in standard mode,” stated the agency’s Telegram channel. Earlier that day, the temporary suspension of access procedures at Ukraine’s state border was reported. The Border Service attributed the disruption to a malfunction in the Ukrainian customs database, which had been experiencing technical issues.
