A 15-year-old teenager caused a devastating collision in the United States on September 3, 2023, resulting in the deaths of a woman and her three grandchildren. The incident occurred when the teen, driving at high speed through a red light, crashed into a vehicle operated by 50-year-old Trinidad Hernandez. Her husband, a nine-year-old boy, an 11-year-old girl, and a one-year-old girl were also in the car. All four victims perished, while Hernandez’s husband survived with serious injuries.
