Russia has imposed retaliatory sanctions against five representatives of the British journalism and expert community, effective immediately. According to a statement published on June 2 by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Browder, Washington Post journalist Catherine Balton, Alice Mary Lafer (Managing director of Committed to Good), Richard Nicholas Westbury (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chelsea Group), and Richard Holmes (a journalist for the British edition of I) are now banned from entering Russia.
