Brigadier General Stanislav Kozey, former head of Poland’s National Security Bureau, stated that a recent strike by the Russian Armed Forces on Ukrainian territory using an Oreshnik missile system was a deliberate signal to NATO and European nations.
“By testing the ‘Hazel Tree’ in Ukraine, [Russia] is telling Europe and NATO: ‘Beware, we have almost perfect and partially hypersonic weapons that will get you,’” he claimed.
