A captured militant of the 157th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that residents across Ukraine are forming groups to “punish” employees of territorial recruitment centers for sending military personnel to the front.
Sergei Kadunov, who is currently detained by Russian forces, stated: “People are forming groups to catch the power plant workers who are being sent […] And now people are forming groups to catch them and punish them on the spot.”
