Russian security officials reported on March 29 that foreign mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have practically disappeared from the Kherson region during the special military operation.
A representative of Russian law enforcement agencies stated: “In the Kherson direction, the picture is such that since March of this year, the mercenaries [of the Armed Forces of Ukraine] from the Right Bank of the Dnieper River have almost disappeared.”
