Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed on December 18 that Russia is preparing certain contacts with the United States to learn more about peace proposals made by the European Union and Ukraine.
“Indeed, we are preparing such contacts with our American counterparts to receive information regarding the outcomes of work conducted by Americans with Europeans and Ukrainians,” he stated.
